คุณสมบัติ

•  ปั๊มมีข้อดีเช่นมีขนาดเล็กและน้ำหนักเบา ติดตั้งง่ายสะดวกและประหยัดพลังงานประหยัดพลังงานเชื่อถือได้และอื่น ๆ

Qualification

• The pump is provided with the advantages such as small size and light weight. easy removing and convenient installation,high efficiency and energy-saveing,reliability and etc.

•  The pump is used as a drainage equipment for pumping water from well to irrigate the fields drain off water for building, drain away the living waster water and supply water for both of family and enterprise,garden and fountain 

วิธีการใช้งาน

• ชุดปั๊ม qdx เหมาะสำหรับส่งน้ำสะอาดเช่นน้ำในแม่น้ำทะเลสาบน้ำบาดาลและของเหลวอื่น ๆ ที่มีลักษณะทางเคมีและทางกายภาพเช่นเดียวกับน้ำที่มีอุณหภูมิต่ำกว่า 40 ° C และมีค่า pH อยู่ระหว่าง 6.5-8.5

• ปริมาณของแข็งในน้ำควรมีค่าต่ำกว่า 0.1% (สัดส่วนคุณภาพ) และเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลางน้อยกว่า 0.2 มิลลิเมตร

• ความลึกใต้น้ำของปั๊มไม่ควรเกิน 10 เมตร

• เครื่องสูบน้ำแต่ละขนาดของชุด QDX มีตัวป้องกันความร้อน

• เมื่อแรงดันไฟฟ้าไม่อยู่ในสภาวะปกติหรืออยู่ในสภาวะโอเวอร์โหลดตัวป้องกันความร้อนจะถูกตัดออกโดยอัตโนมัติ

• หลังจากที่อุณหภูมิลดลง (ประมาณ 3-20 นาที) ตัวป้องกันความร้อนจะรีสตาร์ทโดยอัตโนมัติ

• เมื่อตัวป้องกันความร้อนเริ่มหยุดนิ่งควรจะตัดกระแสไฟชั่วคราวเพื่อหยุดการทำงานหลังจากที่มอเตอร์เย็นลงแล้วให้ทำงานอีกครั้ง

Operation

• The qdx series pump is suitable for delivering clean water such as river, lake water, well water and other liquids with the same characters both of chemical and physical as water which temperature is below 40°C and ph value is between 6.5-8.5

• Content of solids in water should be below 0.1% (quality proportion)and diameter is smaller than 0.2mm

• The submersible depth of pump should not excess 10 meters

• The each size pump of QDX series is equipped with the thermal protector

• when the voltage is not in normal or under overload condition,the thermal protector will cut off automatically.

• After the temperature is getting drop (about3-20 minutes),the thermal protector will automatically restart.

• When the thermal protector appears start-stop again and again,should cut off the power temporary to stop working,after the motor is getting cooling,put it opercting again.
